Support Schedule
The 91ºÚÁÏÍø Brightspace Instructional Technologists are available for support between 8 AM and 4 PM Monday through Friday. Any emails received after 4 PM will be addressed when our team returns to normal support at 8 AM the following business day. While we’re out, we encourage you to utilize our On-Demand Resources to answer any questions that arise.
The 91ºÚÁÏÍø Brightspace hotline is 615-322-0200.ÌýIf you are unable to reach us via phone, please leave a voicemail and someone from our team will call or email you back. You are also encouraged to contact us by email, if phone support is busy.
Our team is available for phone calls Monday through Friday 9 AM to 4 PM. Outside of those hours, please contact us by email brightspace@vanderbilt.edu.
The EdTech Team is not available on Staff Holidays.Â
