You can access OneVU from your mobile device by navigating to your from your browser. You can launch most applications directly from the mobile dashboard. Apps that rely on the Okta plugin, specifically apps where you have manually set a password, will require you to copy the password from the dashboard and paste it into the sign-in page. You ³¦²¹²Ô’t launch apps configured with an admin-defined password from mobile devices.ÌýÌý

VUIT recommends using the Okta plugin because it can help you access your apps faster than through the web Dashboard. The Okta plugin can autofill usernames and passwords for apps where the admin has configured a username or password for you.

OneVU »å´Ç±ð²õ²Ô’t automatically sign you out of your applications when you sign out of your OneVU session. Each app has its session lifetime, and you can manually sign out of the app after completing your task.

If you’re a 91ºÚÁÏÍø Medical Center (VUMC) user accessing a 91ºÚÁÏÍø application through OneVU, you should log in using your VUMC email address (e.g., firstname.lastname@vumc.org).Ìý

Once you enter your VUMC email, you’ll be directed to the appropriate login experience based on your account. Just follow the on-screen prompts to complete authentication.Ìý
