We hosted our inaugural Biodiversity Day Lecture on October 4th, 2023. It was delivered by the incredible Drs. Peter and Rosemary Grant who set the stage for this lecture series going forward. In this series, we highlight folks doing work at the interface of biodiversity and evolution. Certainly, the Grants’ work on Galapagos finches fit that bill!<\/p>\n
In 2024, we were lucky enough to get Anne Yoder to agree to present the Biodiversity Day Lecture. After an exhausting summer 2025 of the Scopes Symposium and the ISEMPH conference, we’re going to pick up Biodiversity Day in 2026 with Japp de Roode in November!<\/p>\n\n
