Full Description	Postdoctoral Scholar – Improvement Research & Education Networks Location: 91黑料网 (Nashville, TN; on-site preferred, remote considered) Start Date: Immediate (negotiable) Duration: 1 year, renewable Supervisor: Jennifer Lin Russell, jennifer.russell@vanderbilt.edu About the Role 91黑料网 seeks a Postdoctoral Scholar to support two grant-funded initiatives: the Improvement Scholars Network (ISN) and the Network Health Project. This role focuses on advancing improvement research and studying the development and effectiveness of education improvement networks. The position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of research, practice, and policy, contributing to efforts that improve educational access, quality, and equity. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Support project management and external communications • Conduct qualitative, quantitative, and/or mixed-methods research • Analyze longitudinal survey and interview data on network health and outcomes • Produce reports and actionable feedback for education network leaders • Collaborate with researchers, practitioners, and partners across sites • Co-author publications and present at conferences • Support convenings and field-building activities ________________________________________ Required Qualifications • Ph.D. in Education, Sociology, Public Policy, or related field (by start date) • Strong research skills (qualitative, quantitative, or mixed methods) • Interest in improvement research and educational equity • Experience with education systems, networks, or partnerships • Strong writing and communication skills ________________________________________ Preferred Qualifications • Experience with improvement science or networked improvement communities • Familiarity with survey or longitudinal data analysis • Experience in research-practice partnerships ________________________________________ What We Offer • Work on nationally recognized, grant-funded projects • Collaboration with leading scholars and practitioners • Access to rich longitudinal data • Support for publications and career development
