Description:<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0 The use of systemic therapy prior to standard attempts at cure with surgery or radiation is an emerging experimental paradigm in head and neck cancer.\u00a0 Imaging predicts poorly for pathologic response, leading investigators to be unsure of response until surgery (in the case of surgery) or never (in the case of radiation).<\/p>\n
