Our goal at Events by Heather & Ryan is your complete satisfaction with your purchase and working relationship with us.

Situations where a refund will be considered

In the case of equipment or camera failure, inclement weather when the customer and photographer mutually agree not to proceed forward with the assignment, or any other unforeseen circumstance that prevents Events by Heather & Ryan from photographing on a scheduled date, the client will get a full refund of their deposit, if applicable to the original form of purchase.

Situations where a refund may not be considered

No refund will be given under any circumstances if you or anybody in your party fail to attend the activity on the day and at the time agreed upon on the booking form. Furthermore, all work performed by Events by Heather & Ryan is provided as is, and with all faults.

Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned; Events by Heather & Ryan has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY. Once a photography assignment commences, any monies paid are considered non-refundable.

If a customer has selected and purchased an incorrect photo from our online website, he/she must notify Events by Heather & Ryan before receiving the “incorrect” photograph. Refunds will NOT be given due to “not liking a photo”, selecting an incorrect photo after the buyer has already received the photograph, or for any other reason.

If a mistaken photo is sent to the buyer, as documented on the invoice, Events by Heather & Ryan will send the correct photo to the buyer free of charge.

Exchange or Refund on Printed Products and Design Services

Due to the custom nature of printed products, including but not limited to prints, flush mount albums, coffee table books, gallery art, etc., there are no refunds on any product order or design service design order.

Albums included in wedding or portrait packages are considered a custom product and therefore are subject to our no refund policy.

With that said, we will do whatever it takes to ensure your satisfaction.
