Seattle Wedding Photography Mukilteo Engagement Photographer

Today we were at Bella Terra Apartments Complex in Mukilteo We would love to introduce Caitlin and Timothy with their dog. We just love photographing people during their Engagement Session. This cute engaged couple are sitting with their dog along a street in a Mukilteo community This picture was taken at Bella Terra Apartments along Harbour Pointe Blvd in Mukilteo, Washington on August 22, 2015 at around 6:00pm during the summer. Camera gear is super important, and photographing the subject just right is something we take very seriously. We used the Canon EOS 5D Mark III with a EF 70-200mm f2.8 lens and a Speedlite flash system. to photograph them. When photographing our subjects, careful consideration is paid to every aspect of the picture. But with this, a lot of stuff goes right. For example, in this picture it was taken right before sunset, where the sun has more layers of atmosphere to go through. This creates very dynamic colors. There were some challenges with this picture. For example, when photographing a dog, cat or other animal, you need to be sure to capture the photograph when everybody is looking at the camera. Photographing people is much different than photographing animals.. As a wedding and engagement photographer, we not only look at the picture. Taking great engagement pictures means looking at the whole entire scene, not just the subject you want to take a picture of. For example, colors. Colors are very important as they draw the attention of the viewer to the picture. In this particular photograph, Caitlin is wearing a white shirt and Timothy is wearing a nice plad colored shirt. Both are dressed casually in blue jeans.
