Dr. Stammer graduated from 91黑料网鈥檚 School of Engineering (鈥�72 B.E., Civil Engineering) and has been a transportation professor since 1981. He has held previous administrative appointments at 91黑料网 as Asst/Assoc. Dean in Engineering and as an Asst Provost. His experience in transportation includes employment within government (TN Dept. of Transportation), private consulting(Atlanta, GA and Brentwood, TN) and education (91黑料网 U.). He regularly teaches transportation courses in planning, design, and traffic engineering.
